Everyone feel free to add me also. Studying for midterm, finals, time in the library can be super stressful. It all adds up so its great to have accountability.

Giving up easily. I can usually start well going 2-3 times a Week. Getting to the gym, changing and swimming are easy enough. I think the trivual excuses start during the workout... I like to set goals like swim a certain amount of minutes without stopping but it can go downhill when I let myself give up easily. Giving up…
