1/2 servings of shredded wheat and grape nuts mixed together. Add a little flax meal, a banana and unsweetened almond milk. Filling breakfast for me. Keeps me full until morning snack around 10:15.

My husband and I stopped eating meat and processed foods 3 months ago. He has lost 34 pounds. I've lost 27. We are both feeling so much better. We do still eat eggs and cheese but we try to limit it. Allow yourself a small treat. It can fit into your daily calorie goal. Then drink water and go for a walk. My job celebrates birthday's every month with a cake or some type of baked treat. Vendors will often bring baked goods in too. Since they are usually given at break time I'll take a 15 minute walk. The fresh air helps…

I walk 15-30 minutes a day during work breaks. At home I try to do strength training but that doesn't always happen with 2 young kids and my responsibilities.

Most likely not. 7 weeks away. Even if you set MFP to lose 2 pounds a week that's 14 pounds. I'd probably aim for 1 pound a week and if you lose more, great. But don't get discouraged. You'll get there when you get there.

I'm down 10.8 pounds in 3.5 weeks. Feeling great. Prep is key. I always make sure to have a piece of fruit with me and nuts or seeds for a snack on the go. You can do it!

I love salads. I have one every day for lunch. Usually 350 - 400 calories depending on what I put in it. Constantly mixing up the veggies. Usually add pepitas or avocado too.

My go to is salad. Kale, spinach, 1/2 avocado, tomato, cucumber, carrots and a homemade, low cal vinaigrette. Sometimes I'll sunflower seeds or pepitas and I almost always mix up the veggies.

I think you need to change your mindset. I say this because I've been there. It's not a "diet". It's a lifestyle. I've recently told myself this and I feel like I"m on the path to success. You can do it.

I make my own "ice cream". Blend a frozen banana, half cup almond milk, tablespoon peanut butter and half tablespoon cocoa powder. You can freeze for an hour or eat as is. It's enough to satisfy my chocolate craving. Just over 200 calories so I make sure I save for dessert.

Indian Head Mountain, Catskills NY. 1515' elevation gain from parking lot. 3,573 peak elevation. About 9 miles. Did this a couple of weeks ago with my husband for our anniversary. It's a tough hike that we wouldn't be able to do with our two young kids.

pumpkin seeds, sunflower nuts, fruits, vegetables, nuts, plain popcorn that i sprinkle with cinnamon. Sounds weird but it's actually pretty good.

Anyone can add me. I've logged in for over 30 consecutive days. Recently eliminated processed foods and refined sugars from my diet. My husband is doing this with me which is a huge help. Going through sugar withdrawals the last 2 days but I know I can do this. Next up, starting C25K again. Down 5 pounds, about 60 to go.

Yes, but I've only just started. Been almost a week. It has been hard. I usually have a piece of fruit when I'm craving it. Or I get up and go for a short walk. It's hard, but so worth it.
