No meat and it was our local grocery store cafeteria.

Going on a trip next week and will be saying in a hotel for 7 days and nights, eating out all the time but my sister & roommates are on a fitness kick so we are splitting our entrees and tracking choices before we order. We plan on using the treadmill at the hotel as well and walking everywhere, & not taking a taxi.
