Just remember anything helps. If it has to be in a chair (like me, for now) do it. I also keep dumbbells under coffee table, so I can do a set throughout the day. The water may be difficult for some. Since I gave up soda and juice I missed the fizz of soda, so started drinking Perrier and club soda for me it satisfied me.…

As of February 1st I am down 20 pounds. Wish I could lose 20 a month all the time, but I know it will slow down, even so I am on the right track. Keep pushing everyone. We'ok get to our destination. Slow and steady wins the race.

I have quit soda for about 3 years now. Used to by a 24 pack every week. While I do have one occasionally (maybe one a month). I do not miss it. What really helped me was drinking Perrier or club soda. It had the fizz, plus I could add a splash of lime or lemon. Used to add fruit juices, but cut those out too. Now just…
