My daughter made butter chicken tonight and I only had 2 tablespoons of the sauce ( with my tofu) since that's all the calories I had left to eat today. And didn't even touch the naan lol

Another 0.4 lbs until I reach a total of 20 lbs lost. ( I'm only 5 feet so 20 lbs is quite a milestone for me.

Usually 2-3x a week so I don't get obsessed about it. But it's enough to keep me motivated or to get me back on track.

Congrats and keep up the awesome job!

My boyfriend asked if I wanted anything brought home from Starbucks and I said no. Well, he brought back my favourite venti peppermint mocha frapp AND a blueberry scone. I couldn't be rude cause it's the gesture that counts so I had 2 bites, a couple of sips and put it down. Then afterwards, I said he could have some of…

I suggest you pack some healthy trail mix and Quest bars, crystal lite to mix with water so you can have something a bit tastier other than water. Also, bring some jerky, it's a good high protein snack. For something salty, I love Skinnypop popcorn and Calbee Snappea chips.

I plan for cheesecake, popcorn and fudgsicles. I also eat more protein and drink lots of water and green tea.

I prepped my meals have been pre-logging my meals for the following few days and am actually following it so I stay within my macros and calorie allotment. I didn't care too much about macros before but since I'm almost 10-12lbs from goal weight, I thought I'd try and see if that helps me get there easier.

I tried on a bunch of dresses that I couldn't wear for over a year and they now fit really well!

I plan the indulgences now so that I don't feel guilty. Was able to order a slice of cheesecake this past weekend and ate half for dessert and then the other half the next day. Usually, I would just eat the whole slice, but because I was more mindful, I enjoyed it more and was very satisfied with just half.

Since my dad passed away unexpectedly and quickly due to cancer in the fall, I am grateful and blessed for every day I have with my family and friends. I am grateful that his illness set me on a course to live my life as healthy as I can and keeps me motivated and committed to it.

Went out for unplanned drinks to console a friend who had to put her dog down today and only had one vodka cranberry splash. I usually love the high calorie martinis and cocktails. Also, yesterday, cooked and planned meals for the week to ensure I stay within my calories and macros

Cashew chicken no rice is my go to if having Thai ( or I'll substitute tofu for chicken)

I eat SkinnyPop almost every night. You can buy it at Costco. 39 calories a cup. It's so good and I have to portion it out into a bowl or else I can eat half a bag!

I really needed to hear this right now. Just got back from a great evening out with my BF and a friend from out of town. I knew they both love pizza so I chose a really good wood oven pizza joint with gourmet options. I ended up eating 4 big slices, bread, and part of a cheese board. Started to feel guilty about the binge…

Happy Anniversary and congratulations on such dedication to yourself! You look beautiful:)

I weigh myself about twice a week. Saturday is the weigh in I look forward to the most as I usually don't weigh myself M-F.

Even though we had Chinese take out tonight, i didn't order anthing really fried, asked for no msg or salt and focused on vegetables. We ordered: Seafood with mixed vegetables Tofu with mixed vegetables Assorted meat chop suey. Fried rice. Kept my portion small and within my calorie limit, even leaving enough for a 90…

Lol I'm reading the forums right now because I feel like snacking!! Just need to drink lots of water and get my mind off of snacking by doing something else.

Canadian as well! Not sure what BBG means though :)

I think of my calorie amount as a weekly amount and try to save some calories during the week if I know I'm going out to eat on the weekend. And when I don't plan for any extra calories but go over, I just reduce my intake over the following few days by a bit and drink lots of water to flush the extra salt out.

My arms are finally thinning out and I see more muscle definition. I'm also excited to see my stomach slowly flatten.

Congrats!!

I really wanted to eat butter chicken so I made sure I saved enough calories to eat it and 1/2 a mini naan. Really wanted to eat 2 naan breads with all the sauce left but I resisted. ( I love bread/naan but have to limit it as it makes me feel sick)

I reached my last mini goal last Saturday but have not weighed myself since. My mini goal is to lose 2.4 lbs by March 5 (from what my last weigh in was) That will put me at 10 lbs to goal weight :)

Ate at deficits all week to make up for the extra 800 calories I ate on Valentine's Day. Took my friend to Starbucks and didn't order anything even though I really wanted too. I rather eat the calories with something that will fill me up rather than drink empty calories.

My mini goal is to lose another 1.2 lbs so I'm back to my lowest weight before Dec party season, 3 week vacation, multiple birthday celebrations including mine, and entertaining visitors from our of town. I'm finally getting back on track with eating healthy consistently and hope to start walking 11k steps a day again like…

My weight goes up about 5lbs a few days before and a couple of days into it, I get the whoosh and I'm back to normal. (That's if I don't succumb to my cravings too much)

I'm a binge eater too and once I start, it's hard to get back on track. We were on a cruise and vacation for almost 3 weeks starting Dec 24 and I binged almost the whole time. I knew I would do it too so I ate healthy up until then and brought clothes of varying sizes to accommodate the binge eating. It was so bad that the…
