Lol, my goal's also to lose the weight I'd lost already on MFP, almost there, 9 more lbs. Then set a new goal.

You have an excellent doctor!!! I've benefited so much from doing just that. Read the forums, success stories help a lot and add some good friends!!
-
Just press the name of the person you want to add, that will take you to a new screen, press the name again, it'll take you to a new screen, then you'll see the add button.

Add friends, it makes a world of difference!! :)

I stared this after as long depression, I can relate. The exercise and weight loss will make you feel so so much better. I spent a lot of time pondering about my existence, doesn't even compare to the feeling of walking out of the gym after a work out.

You're in the right place!! Make friends and read the community posts, the success stories and introduce yourself really helped me stay motivated through the first few weeks.

Congratulations!!!

Excellent!!! I keep saying this but the community side of the app has been a game changer for me, the support makes a ton of difference!!! I'm remodeling my home as a hobby and thought I didn't need to work out, but since I started working out I have a bunch of energy. Being on your feet is great but it won't compare to…

Sent a request, for me the community side of MFP has been the game changer. I recommend you start sending out friend requests to get a nice support circle going.

Amen!!

Welcome!!! Add some friends and grow your choice for support, they make all the difference :)

It's one of the coolest features here, you get motivated and meet people with your same goals. The community side was a game changer for me, I even enrolled in a gym cause of their motivation.

You look incredible, way to go!!
-
This made my night!

Hopelessness...I know how you feel, I was feeling a little hopeless a few minutes ago myself so I logged on to check out the success stories for motivation :)

Just keep going. 2 to 3 days is a very short time to be weighing yourself, even the app suggests you don't weigh daily. I've used this as an excuse to pig out "what's the use, it's not even working" then I make it a whole lot worse by bingeing, so don't be like me. Please stick to it, it requires patience.

I can relate, break ups can be hard. Just takes time to get over them. In the mean time you can sink yourself lower or pick yourself up, which you have a good start on :) I can also relate to the fear of being alone, I'm focusing on developing my self worth, the internal aspect of it, and surprisingly that has led me to…

It's as if you're looking into my soul:)

I have no idea, have you checked out the YouTube videos? Searched "Exercising while in a wheel chair" and got a bunch of results.

Binge eating and binge drinking, that used to be me for several years. Back then I lost around 40 lbs just by quitting drinking.
-
It worked!!!

Thank you very much!!

Thank you!!!

Exactly!!! My grandma was just telling me that dieting is tough, I told her about MFP, this community and she was very amazed. I love the community part, when I'm feeling weak or tempered I just log on, surf the posts, add friends, check out my feed and I'm motivated as hell!!
