I just turned 50 a week and a half ago. Love MFP and have been on it for 8 months or so. Almost to goal, and feeling great, however I'm still "bummed" about being my age. I know i need to suck it up and get over it but havent gotten it yet.

Love to hear what everyone is reading! Just finished I Said Yes, by Emily Maynard Johnson. Kind of a fluff type book, but some behind the scenes of The Bachelor were interesting.

Dreaming of a Casey's donut. Best donuts around and its from a convenience store. On my cheat meal/day, I always make a run to their donuts!

They are nice because I can actually have a hot meal at work. I just pair them with a salad or veggies of some sort. Just like I would do at home. January has been a great month for sales on healthy frozen foods, so I bought quite a few.

MFP sets my calories at 1200 as well, however I am very diligent about exercising everyday and I eat half my earned calories. Its worked very well for me at this point, and Ive lost 23 lbs so far.

My husband and I both are 49 yrs old, and this has been the easiest program ever. He has lost 34 and I have lost 23, with more to come off. I sometimes can't believe how easy MFP is, along with exercise.

I'm not super worried about how many calories I have. Its working out fine right now. I put mine up to 2 lbs right now although even though I'm maxed out on calories. My exercise calories is what helps me eat !

Im 5'5 and 167 lbs. Exercising everyday..3 mph walk, with 1 hour minimum. I usually eat my exercise calories. I am afraid though I will quit losing. MFP started me with a bit higher calories, but as I have lost, it has cut them. Its working well right now, Im just wondering how it will work as I get lower weight. I'm super…
