Grinding your own coffee beans
I’ve been buying my coffee beans already ground because I need them coarse. Just this past week I tried using my stores grinder. Not a good thing. Some came out very very fine, some just a little coarse. I guess I need a grinder. Any tips on a good one that won’t break the bank?

Subway question
I've been to Subway numerous times, but never had a toasted sandwich. So my question, is a sandwich more like a microwave taste (yuck) or is it like an oven taste? Tell me your favorite sandwiches toasted, if you'd like.

question about food and exercise requirements
I've been working on MFP for over 70 days. I'm really enjoying it, and have steadily lost. I'm dedicated with exercising as well. However, my calories are 1200 right now, and have been for a bit.
