Hi all - I am new to MFP and keen to take on this challenge. Please let me know if I can buddy up with one or more of you for motivation. Currently I am doing an hour of Zumba twice a week and then 2 x 1 hour personal training sessions. :)

Hi Ladies, Hope you are having a sin free day (well food wise anyway ;) ). I am just back from my Zumba class so wide awake. I struggled today to eat my full quota but at least I didn't go over.

Hi Teresa - I would also love to join you. You know the old saying you can't knock someone for trying. I too want to lose 100+ and have been overweight most of my life so fully understand.

Hiya - Could I buddy up with you both? I am new to MyFitnessPal but went through weight loss surgery almost 3 years ago and in total so far lost around 10 stone. I am still classed as obese but now have a personal trainer and found this app. I guess we all have tough days but I would like a couple of people to chat…
