  • It is possible that you're not eating enough. If you are very active you have to make sure your nutrition intake matches, even if you are trying to lose. Otherwise your body can go into a form of starvation mode and want to hold onto calories/energy. Maybe low-carb isn't the right thing for you. I'm not a nutritionist so…
