Thank you!! It was so cold, snowy, and windy here that I kept thinking of cutting my walk short. I had my bottle of water in my coat pocket, and it actually had ice in it from the cold. Maybe I just need a warmer coat, though!! LOL

I'm a few days late, but I would like to join in. 1/6/16- 19,607 steps-8.5 miles. Beautiful, sunshiney, 37 degree day for a walk, here in Southwest Michigan.

I haven't been very active on here, mostly cause I've been generally slacking. I feel like I'm finally getting back on track...no more wine or slop!! One hour Hatha Yoga this morning, 45 minutes Concept 2 rowing machine, and 45 minutes spin bike this evening. 13,730 steps.

Took a couple of rest days which also included..... unplanned, not-so-great eating days. Oh well, I'll come back stronger, and even more determined tomorrow!!!

Got room for another guy on here?? Lost over 50lbs. in the last year, but... have stalled out after some summer surgery and recovery. Looks like a great, positive group to be a part of. From Southwest Michigan, 67 years young, retired. Usually exercise 2-3 hours a day. Bill
