I started out weighing 111kg and aiming to get to 60kg. So far lost 11.6kg. Very pleased to get under the 100kg mark on the scales! My target is 1kg a week which should get me close to my ideal weight next summer

For me it's how easily I've ditched all the crap I used to eat , like chocolate, bread etc. 6 weeks so far
