Good for you!!! I am my first week without it. It is going well. I was drinking quite a bit on the weekends, and well sometimes a glass here and there during the week. It never affected my work life or anything like that, but I could tell my body was being affected. No more!

That is great!!! I am on my third day! I always hit the wine hard on the weekends, in fact I am thinking it was a large part of of some of my weight gain (eep)!

I'm at 288 and 5'4 starting, thus 150 to lose. This is going to be quite an adventure.

Wow.....!! I just started yesterday, 158 lbs is what I want to lose, then see how i feel/look. Scares me to go to the gym though, but maybe I can work out in the home. You have inspired me to exercise not just a couple times a week but maybe 5 times a week!
