I had horrible dark purple stretch marks with my first pregnancy it looked awful however a friend recommended I scrub my belly with a bath stone and it worked eventually they disappeared and now I'm 5 weeks pp and no stretches marks just loose skin n that awful pooch lol

wow you look great! and in just 7 weeks?? I'm coming up to 5 weeks pp and I've lost fat on my face arms back and I think my waist however my thighs and belly really need to shrink asap :(

tha I actually feel great and don't need a Dr to tell me that. I k.ow how I woulda felt if something was wrong and I'm greatful I feel this good so I can get on with physical activity as I have been latley :)

thanks everyone for your reply all advice is appreciated. the reason why I aimed to lose 20lbs within a month is Purley bcos I need to lose 28lbs to get back to my pre pregnancy weight and I gave myself 4 months to lose the weight maybe that was the wrong plan.. my bad!
