So much this. I had a wonderful workout with a MFP who visited from Texas once. We both just did the Jillian 30 Day Shred our own way and didn't really talk much but we were there to talk. Okay, that's good. You still have a couple of hours to eat something. Maybe you need to make a schedule and stick with it. Your body should adjust and you will meet your goal. Maybe make up menus ahead of time.

I hear ya! I was at 1200 when I tried before. I lost a lot of weight but when I fell off the fitness wagon I gained it back and then some just like the OP.

yes it does. I was getting up at 4 AM for a while when I did MFP before...then I lost track and and was pretty much dormant for a year and a half. I have planned a 30 day challenge for every month of 2017. I even found a 28 day challenge for February. HA! I am also going to start lifting weights again and will do at least 40 minutes of cardio 5 days a week all year long. And then there's that whole eating better thing.
