I got out of bed this morning....seriously, it's the small things right?

I only allow myself to watch my favorite television shows if I am doing cardio. Just that little change kick started my weight loss. And I also concentrate on calories in/calories out. I just started adding back weights too after a two year break.

unfortunately from what I have read, heard, and experienced abs and stomach flattening happens more in the kitchen than in the gym. That being said, check out pinterest for some great muffin top, oblique, and ab challege exercises. also planks....I love me some planks.

Every time I would miss my coffee I would end up with a withdrawal that led to a day long migraine. It was the worst. My solution was to completely stop drinking it. I made it to nearly 700 straight days a couple of years ago but then lost myself for a bit but I finally got myself back on track and more than half of my pals had left by the time I came back.

Get a Smart TV. I got one for the basement and I can watch Youtube, Netflix for when I do my cardio, and lots of other Hubs. Good luck!

I actually started cutting breads and most gluten out of my diet Wednesday and today I felt so tired. I made myself go down and do my workout though and once I started moving, I felt more energetic.

toss the body scale; buy a food scale; up your water intake and take a fiber supplement; log EVERYTHING (even if it's one M&M); and whatever you do DO NOT GIVE UP!!!! Good luck to you!

Well, thanks everyone. Based on the gathered data, I'll give it a go. Try it for a month and track how I feel. I have spent the last four months slowly eliminating foods I find aggravate my IBS-C and I am looking for relief anywhere I can. :s
