I've been trying to get 2-4 miles walking in per day, and have been doing my DDP Yoga 3-5 times per week. I know I'm pretty new at this, having only been tracking with MFP for a little over two weeks. My diet is a lot healthier and my calorie intake is a LOT lower. I have a big gut. Can anyone suggest exercises besides the usual crunches/sit ups that will help me zero in on my gut? Any suggestion is appreciated.

unfortunately from what I have read, heard, and experienced abs and stomach flattening happens more in the kitchen than in the gym. That being said, check out pinterest for some great muffin top, oblique, and ab challege exercises. also planks....I love me some planks.

    Google "spot reduction myth".

If you're losing weight, just be patient. :+1:

Be prepared to hold more fat in your stomach area the entire time you diet. You should see it abate when you are down to the very last few pounds. It may require you to move to a lower point in your healthy weight range than you expect.
