I count macro as it seems to be the simpliest plan for me. I get confused easily its a learning process yet so far it seems to be going okay. I like that macro is individulized. one size fits all doesnt work for me

I can lift up to 30lb depending on the exercise i do and how I am feeling. My clothes fit better my stress level is lower i can walk further. maybe im not where I would love to be yet I am not where i started so I am happy that I have made progress this year too

no fads period. ill eat balance my cholesterol would go up if i ate only potatos especially if they are white potato

Thank you its about doing what works best for me. im not interested in quick fix shakes ect. ill eat real food over expensive products

A few years ago I was 265-270 now I'm 207 I still have a ways to go yet you can do it I started doing weights 3-5 times a week it's up and down a lot yet by adding stretch training and watch what I eat it helps

I have thyroid issues so understand your frustration I pretty much eat clean I still gain weight sometimes yet I lost 3-4 this week it's the same 3-4 pounds but happy I'm making progress I started doing green smoothie 2 times a day and it's helping me lose weight hope it help I have 40/50 to lose you can do it

I am doing a motified primal as i still eat out once a week and ill be eating beans when i eat out i dont like restraunt meat so i stick to eating a little beans when i eat out. you can add me im buying food friday then ill be following it more this weekend
