Vegan here :) specifically whole foods, plant based. I do it for ethical reasons as well as health.

Check out the book "The Period Repair Manual". It was written by Dr. Lara Briden. She talks about how a healthy cycle works, different cycle problems, and how to fix them. You also need to add more calories/carbs.

Individually wrapped dark chocolate squares? Ghirardelli makes good ones. Trader Joe's also has little individually wrapped packs of nuts or trail mix. Fruit leathers made of 100% fruit? I feel like Trader Joe's has a ton of things you could offer.

I just got a pole and am so excited to start learning and getting stronger! I have a long way to go to get my upper body strength up though.
