I use the Garmin app; the vivo2. I and another user are expire ending similar issues.

Yes exactly the same for me. Phew, it must be a new bug then. I've just uploaded both apps in the App Store and still the same issue. I tried to write a post under the tech support topic heading but the fp app advised I didn't have permission to do so. Thank you so much for letting me know it's not just me
