  • Hi, I'm 45, will be 46 in February. I've gained 10 pounds since turning 40. I'd like to eat healthier, get stronger and have more fun! I won't complain if I lose a few pounds/inches. :smiley: Please add me and let's keep each other motivated!

  • Day 6 Tracked food Worked out, pilates 60 min class High - getting everything done that I needed to do today Low - sitting in unexpected traffic for an hour Mood - 8 (good, but really tired)

  • Day 2 (yesterday), all food tracked, 10 hardcore HIIT minutes! Low was eating an oreo truffle while I'm trying to wean off sweets, high was ONLY EATING ONE!
  • I'm in...yikes! Hoping I can do this! 1% down, 99% to go! ;)
  • I'm in! Hoping some reasonable goals (e.g. doing some kind of exercise--even 10 minutes of HIIT--six days a week and tracking daily) will help me to not feel like giving up after one week. :) Trying to lose about 15 lbs that have crept on since the odometer hit 40 and regain some fitness! I have a friend who lost 60 pounds…
