Yes, I have had my thyroid checked recently. Everything was good. I have tried to cut back on calories and work out each day. Not making excuses but my schedule is really tough. Always on the go and grabbing food. I am going to start preparing all my food for the day.

Hello: Nice to see an email from you. I am trying to learn to navigate around this site. I am also looking for a support system of women going through the same weight loss struggles. The small change I am making this week is giving up dairy except for allowing dairy in one meal for then next seven days. How about you? Cindy
