Well I thought 3 pounds was alot for just two weeks in, I dont know though, I was just surprised to see it on the scale. That's what I am going to have to do, just save up. yeah no thanks lol im not even going to try and attempt that..I did the 30 day shred and got hurt haha im fine with sticking to my calorie deficit and the gym :) aikido sounds fun, but id probably kill myself, im too fat for that kind of exercise lol

i only have one kiddo, a four year old boy :) I just started my weight loss journey last monday, and im down 2.4 pounds! my goal is to drop fourty pounds.. once I hit that goal, i plan on losing more if I ever get there! im hoping..lol feel free to add me!

same here! everything I thought that was healthy, was extremely high in sodium lol you can do it! my job is doing the same thing hun! just put it this way, it will all be worth it in the end :)

I usually dont, but halloween messed that up lol yes today has been okay..its my day off and I didn't wake up until 2:30 :smiley: I've worked all week, including weekends so im pooped! this weekend too :(

I did have the extra calories, but they were calories I had burned at the gym lol that's why I felt guilty..I miss icecream, I recently became lactose intolerant :/

I do that everyday, it gives me the inspiration I need to keep going..especially the pictures! Ive heard that, but I gained ten pounds in a month from the medicine I was on, and I want it off! I never liked my body to begin with, but the ten pounds just adds icing on the cake lol

I'm trying lol ive lost 2.6lbs since last monday..thats what I need to do is take measurements, I keep forgetting! im not looking at the scale until next week..plus im only drinking water, I cut out my iced tea and soda :) plus an hr of cardio and weights included..Im just praying I can do this! thanks for the advice

wow that's amazing!! im a size 14 right now but im hoping to lose some of these thunder thighs and getinto an 8 or ..ive come to the conclusion I will never be tiny,I have a larger frame and big bones..my is to be 150 but thats 60lbs lose..I weigh 207 right now, I lost three pounds in a week :)I hope I end up losing weight…
