  • About 7 weeks ago my naturopath put me on a high protein (meat & more meat, nuts/nut butters) & veggies diet. It's very restricted but has really worked for me, I've lost cravings for most things, hardly eat bread anymore, I've lost about 10lbs (5kgs) but still have a bit to go. I feel so much better & love not craving…
