I really like this thread. Just for today: -NO candy (house is filled with the stuff, but I will not eat it!) -walk for 30mins after work. -drink lots of water

I would like to join. My goal is 20lbs. Not realistic by Christmas so I'm going to aim for 10lbs. The more the better. I am glad other people are up for this and I am glad I am not alone :)
