I definently want to run long term. I have a small goal of doing a 5k first then working up to 10k and a half marathon. Full marathon really intimidate me. Even just half marathons. But I'm so impressed by them. Especially for the charities and good causes that they sponsor. I've been taking it easy on my shin. Doing the…

Yeah I sorta just went all in. Big mistake :frowning: I'll definently ease back into it. I don't want to make my injury worse or cause new ones.

@hbrittingham @moyer566 @liznotyet I didn't really think about easing back into running. I just wanted to get out there and go. I'll definently look up that Couch to 5k. I don't want to further my injury. And I wonder if Dick's Sporting Goods can do the gait analysis. My running shows probably aren't the best for me. Thank…

I was told we all have good days and bad days. Just keep trucking along. I'm battling a depression episode right now so just know that you aren't struggling alone. Things get better. And definently don't beat yourself up if you don't meet all your goals today. Even just attempting them is an awesome accomplishment. You are…

And I've been exhausted all this week. I was told that I'll have some good days and some bad days. Today was bittersweet. I just finished…

Sorry its long but its nice to be able to "vent". My "ah-ha" moment was rather upsetting. I knew that I needed to lose weight for awhile. I'm 21, 5'2, and 230 pounds. I've tried in the past put I always lacked motivation. I never had the umph to keep going. I have been with my bf for almost 4 years. We've been through many…

You look incredible!! I just started my journey. Only three days in but I learned so far that if I start out slow and work up my speed that I can actually jog! I'm 225 and hoping to reach my goal of 135 by July. Good luck and fantastic work!! 46 pounds is an amazing accomplishment so far! Very inspiring!!
