  • The taste of food. The texture of "fat" in my mouth. After eating healthy foods if I eat something really high in fat it feels slimy to me. If it's something like a homemade bakery almond danish that's full of butter, I can literally smell the butter coming out of my pores. It's gross!!!
  • Thank you everyone for your feedback! I have readjusted it to lightly active at 1 lb a week, which allows me 1470 calories a day at a 1.5 lb weight loss per week. I'll reassess in a few weeks.
