I actually returned mine!!! It was not syncing with my phone. Or, I should say it would only sync when it felt like it! I am not a tech savvy person at all, but I don't think it was my error or lack of tech knowledge that made it a load of crap! Sorry I couldn't be of any help to you!

I use the Google Play app on my phone and it's usually set to '00's aggro anthems. Eminem, Slipknot, Godsmack, Korn, etc. I need the faster paced music to keep me going!!

Definitely...they're just as effective (if not more IMO because of the convenience) as gym workouts! I'm not a fan of getting sweaty and breathing heavy in front of complete strangers, either!! Thanks! Yup! I'm trying not to focus on the number on the scale (but, admittedly I have an unhealthy dependant relationship with that stupid electronic square!!!) as I feel great, I'm getting stronger, and my clothes are fitting better. Just need that reassurance!! Thank you! :)

I REALLY wanted a nap when I got home this afternoon!!! But, I worked out instead!!! I stood in my home gym for a while trying to get the motivation and it worked. I still want to take that nap (but I'm not going to now or I won't sleep tonight) and if I did at least I could without the guilt of a skipped workout!!

Don't rely solely on your scale for feedback!! Measure yourself at the beginning and then once a month thereafter so you can see inches lost, too!! Yes, my floor is tile, but it's pretty flat. I don't keep it in the bathroom because I was told steam isn't good for digital scales...I'm thinking of moving it into my basement gym since it's concrete and perfectly level.
