Lukewarm Myfitnesspal user

I've never been consistent with using the tool nor exercising or diet. I figure that in the next week, I will begin a regimen of discipline and hopefully stick with logging my diet each day for at least 3 months and then go from there. Whenever I begin seeing results and getting compliments, I become so excited that I begin tailing off. lol. Sad, but true. Pray for me.

    I fall into similar problems. I always reach my goal...then get relaxed and slowly start up with the old habits. I have been doing this to myself for years. This time I am determined to maintain. The most important thing is to just pick up where you left off. Remember how it feels to be healthier and slimmer. I'm always more comfortable, stronger, and happier when I'm exercising and eating right!!! Let's do this!!! I'll say a prayer for us both!! :)
