I've lost 20 by walking mostly. A few times I've been swimming (only because I had to for work.)

With all of your exercise, you also may be gaining muscle but losing inches! I was on a two week plateau and nothing would budge the scale--today I was down 2#! Don't give up!

Have you tried measuring inches? A dear friend of mine struggles with not losing pounds but everyone can see she's losing weight. She went to the doctor and was measured and she lost 4" in her waist. She was ecstatic. Maybe that's what's going on with your body too. It's SO frustrating when we don't see any progress with…
