I recommend an obstructive sleep apnea test. I follow primal lifestyle. I was eating over 300 grams of carbs before this plan, which I've learned drives fat storage. From what I've seen, find what works for you long term. Something sustainable. One day at a time. I wish you the best. Don't give up!

I'm Primal too. I've made things from MarksDailyApple website. I've only been doing it a few weeks. One simple recipe I eat is fried eggs over medium with Smoked Paprika on them. I'll have a few bing cherries or blueberries & vegetables with them. I'm glad to see more Primal people. I really like the Primal Blueprint book.…
