Hi yeah I'm following the MFP goal setting but the setting is on to loose 2lb per week ha ha I think I'm setting my weekly goal to high x

Definitely logged my meals correctly because I'm really strict with myself I know this might sound silly but could I not be eating enough I'm on 1200 a day but I always have less then that and when I log my exercise I never use the extra calories it adds on . I've got another 14lb to loose x

I'm on 1200 too and it doesn't go down I lost 10lb in 2 week and now it's taken me 2 week to loose 1 lb don't understand why it's slowed down and to be honest most of the time I'm under 1200 calories and I exercise so I'm stuck to what to do next
