Wow. I didn't realize that. I just can't imagine eating more since what I'm eating fills me up when I am hungry. But even with not weighing my food, I don't think I'm much over what it says my calories are.

Does it? I don't feel like I'm under eating! I get hungry every couple of hours..and I eat on that schedule, but it is enough to satisfy me. I'm never super hungry and I never go to bed hungry. Do I really need to be eating more???

lol I'm sorry, I know I'm not explains things well. I'm right about 1300 calories. Not eating back my calories from working out or breastfeeding. MFP has me at 1600 to lose a pound a week. Hi! Four months post delivery with my fourth child! I haven't lost even a single pound yet. With breastfeeding the weight just isn't going anywhere no matter how hard I try. I have about 20 lbs to lose to get back to my prepregnancy weight of 118.

Thank you :) I will try the shorter duration. I thought since I didn't have a problem with breathing or anything I could run a measly 15 minutes lol but apparently I still have some building up to do!

That makes sense.. I felt like I could keep running, but I stopped because it hurt. I think the Overstride makes sense too. I'll try focusing on smaller steps, maybe upping the pace and running for a shorter amount of time? Since I don't seem to have the pain when I run faster.. I never realized how much went in to running!
