I was diagnosed with PCOS about 15 years ago and I have been trying to lose the belly too. I have found that stress fat is the hardest to burn and the last to go but I've started to see it move after taking some yoga and meditation classes.

You can add me. I've been on it (off and on) for almost 2 years and I've lost and kept off 60 pounds. I still have more to go but I think an accountability partner will help the process.
