I add a hard boiled egg to bagged salads for lunch. I'm not usually one for pre-packages convenience foods, but those are so darn handy. Fruit and veggie smoothies for breakfast. These two help me get a huge head start on my produce for the day.

@1fit_mamma We would manage the surprise! We wanted to avoid a December birth, but sparing us the trying and waiting, trying and waiting, trying and waiting....might be worth it. We are planning to start trying in May. There's a minuscule chance we could have gotten pregnant in April and my period should have started today but it hasn't. Negative HPT yesterday. I'm going to try to wait to test again until the cheap test strips arrive in the mail from Amazon.

My husband is over 300lbs, and nothing I have ever done or said has motivated him to work on his health. It's frustrating, because I want him to stick around for a long time! I went to my nephews' birthday party yesterday and didn't have any brownies or cupcakes! I had about a dozen jelly beans as my sweet treat and was satisfied with that.

If that was so easy, 99% of us wouldn't be here because we could juggle all the crap life throws as us, and workout and fix healthy meals! You are doing great! I fight depression, too. It isn't easy, and I can't do it alone. Celebrate your successes wherever they are! The rest are just your future successes.
