  • If you are talking about the list of "recent" foods or something like that, I don't think you can delete them. They will just fall down the list as you no longer use them, but they are there forever as far as I know. They may fall off after a certain amount of time, but I am not aware of that happening.

  • Click on the person's picture that you want to add, then click on the next picture that shows up. Finally, click the two "shadow" guys (on the app) or click "Add as a Friend" (on the PC) and you can add someone. I really wish MFP would just add the "Add as a Friend" option on the first picture you click.
