For me, emotions=lotsa sweets. You have to be aware when this happens. What helps me is eating right all day and leaving extra calories at the end of the day to cover just in case. Also, working hard to burn off my mishaps with exercise. :)

I'm sorry for your loss. Let that be your motivation and drive to lose the weight. Get some good headphones, play some good music, and let your emotions fuel the fire to help you burn those calories. It'll be a double win. You can work through your emotions while burning calories. It works well for me. :).

I tried to add myself to the spreadsheet through the app. I can only view it, not make changes. I weigh in on Tuesdays and I currently weigh 283 pounds. Can you add me or let me know how to edit the sheet?

This year I shared the treats I was given. My coworkers treats were put out at my family party and my families treats were shared at work. I dodged the fat bullet, and I did my good deed. It really was nice to see the smiles of everyone when I have them a little something. :)

I use the Pacer app. It works really well and syncs with MFP. :)

Time to put it behind us, not literally. My behind is big enough. Lol! But out of mind is the place for the big eat. :). 2016 here we come!

Switch to light beer. Natural Light is the lowest calorie beer I've found. Michelob Ultra is less, but it's more expensive. Also, water in between beers helps. Good luck! :)

I worry a lot too. I eat when I worry. Therefore, I move a lot! Lol! Stay positive and stay active. If you're going to stress eat, buy healthier options only. :)

Do not buy sweets. They are just too irresistible! Lol! I had an ice cream addiction that was rivaled by none. I know it's a problem so I buy sherbet when I want ice cream. It's not as fattening, it's tangy and I eat less, and it stays in the freezer for more than one day. Feel free to add me if you like. You are not alone.
