You are not in starvation mode. It does not exist. You simply under ate (damaged your body) and you are retaining water because you body is repairing itself (temporary weight gain (water/muscle)). This is common if you diet and exercise. If you calorie-counted properly, you have not gained weight (fat).

It is probably just sodium, water or stall weight. With tiny tiny tiny bit of fat.

All the foods you eat have a low GI. Just eat more high GI (white bread, pasta, carbohydrates, sweets/sugar).

It is not an issue. It is simply because your blood sugar levels are low (mild hypoglycemia results in a loss of appetite).

Or calorie restrict and ON TOP of that amount ADD hot milky coffee (no sugar). Hot milk keeps you full.

You will feel hungry at 1200. Even at 1500. I was/(still am) anorectic and that is how much I eat. That will starve and emaciate you. You need to eat at least 1600-1800. Less than that is pure starvation (long-term).
