  • You are not alone! I look back at me 3 years ago and I was exactly where I wanted to be, BMI=24. The weight crept back on. I have to exercise ever day and eat about 1500 calories to maintain that BMI........and it so hard. But the photos tell the story, and the fact that I am just not comfortable in my clothes. Here we go…
  • I am in the same boat. I set a 10% of my weight goal. When I was successful before, I drank a ton of water, and ate protein and fiber. Let's get started again!!! Good luck
