For about two weeks now I've been drinking the shakes for lunch and having 100 cal snacks and then a 500 cal dinner. Im not following the Slim fast plan exactly but so far I've lost about 5 pounds. Plus a mile or two of walking a few times a week. So it's working great for me!

Hi! I'm a new mom with a 8 month old. I'm 5'8 158lbs looking to lose 20lbs. I moved to Texas and I don't know anyone but my husband and his family so I don't have much support in this area of my life. So anyone please feel free to follow me so we can all do this together! <3 :)
