I'm just doing stickers in my planner so far. Gold star each day I meet my calorie target and a green star for exercise. I like the visual pattern.

Not really. The only time it comes up is when I say "I don't have enough calories for [insert food here]." I think telling people and sharing specific numbers would just add extra pressure to me. I keep it to myself.

Just focus on you. The kids need at least one healthy parent. You can't force someone to do what they aren't ready to do. Make sure you have good life insurance.

See if there are any openings at your local fitness center. The YMCA in my area has Wellness Coach positions, and the Y will train you.
