Do you know what your maintenance calories are for your goal weight? Maybe try inputting them and eating your goal maintenance calories and see how you make out. You should still lose slowly but perhaps the extra calories would help. Best wishes to you as you continue your journey :)

I do keto, IF and also count calories. So far this WOE has been the only way that has worked for me to successfully lose weight and manage my blood sugars, insulin resistance and chronic pain, especially since surgeries and radiation. The Walmart in my area of Canada carries Green Giant Riced Cauliflower in the frozen food section for $3.47 for 340 grams. Maybe check with your local Walmart if you're in the US. (Edit: lol, I see someone already mentioned this already - I didn't go through all of the comments. Hope you can find some in your area)
