I hope your drinking a smoothie while you read this. Pretty sure your old enough to know you can switch for long term eating goal anytime. Remember -All food turns into a smoothy once you swallow!

The hardest part of a diet is getting started so what ever gets you going and motivated is really important even if it isn't the best way ... just my thoughts... so drink those smoothies:)

Sorry haven't been watching the daily stuff to much... im here for the big weigh in part. but Ill go in tomorrow and fudge the stuff I missed. its winter here so walking isn't a big part of my life or job

I thought I posted something here... ? well not here but earlier. Guess I didn't hit post. started creatine its not good for scale numbers ( holds water) but it sure helps for strength and endurance if you have never tried it
