Hi. I'm 5'5" and currently 127 lbs. I started at 145 lbs in January and I got to 125 lbs in July. My goal weight is 117 lbs. I lost the weight with exercise and healthy diet. I still exercise every day but I can't stop overeating some days. I have a sweet tooth and it is my major problem.
