20 min yoga, 30 min stairs, a long walk, 20 min full body dumbbells - argh summer-it’s getting too hot already. @alexmose hi :) not sure if this’ll help but I always eat some high fiber food with any concentrated protein, and with any dairy....it seems to help that issue. Don’t know anything about creatine tho.

Liking this atm. But I do prefer a little whey powder (plain) high quality - but it’s more costly so.....

I’d say it was a little bit of the other way around. Great tho. Only way for me to keep motivation is to change it up a lot - @nighthawk584 and workout with someone else. Today: a bit sore from the last two days. Especially upper body. Walk / jog / yoga today unless I get more Inspired later and just have to do something…

Walking jogging walking ... more walking.

Singing and dancing to any music, do all the kitchen stuff old school, clean / tidy house every morning and evening, ironing a lot, constantly reorganizing things (reorganized my other half’s shoes whilst sleepwalking once), always carry all shopping since we are required to use our own grocery bags - never get a cart, do…

Calves are finally better... Thus, Lots of walking, sprinting and stairs.

Yoga 10 min, calisthenics 20 min, dumbbells 30 min.

25 min yoga. Lots of running around to stores on my covid monthly run for myself and others. 20 min calisthenics Might do some weights later.....?able

40 min yoga, 2 hr walk, 20 min calisthenics (reward with pear galette *blush*)
-
Yep.... wish there was a laugh button cause I know I’ve been there before. The only way I broke this feeling was trail jogging - or sprinting.
-
You know, I’ve seen challenges were you add one push-up everyday to your total. Would that work for you? But you do them everyday. So a slow progression.
-
1 hr yoga, 40 mins - abs & upper body calisthenics, w/ some lightly weighted squats. Was supposed to jog/sprint today but my calves are quite sore.

Endless tacos!

I like working with dumbbells and calisthenics (although cant do a single pull-up). Yoga is amazing - not only for functional strength, but flexibility is so important for increased functionality. I’ve seen so many strict weightlifters that can’t do normal daily work/movements due to lack of ROM. Being a massage/body…

I’ve noticed that if I don’t drink water before and after coffee (and enough in general) as well as brushing my teeth after, I will want to eat. I think it might be my body actually asking for water. As well as having that taste in my mouth just makes me want something else to cover it or balance it out.

@VegjoyP More about those “wings”: I found them in the frozen section of local vegetarian grocery. You can dress em up anyway you want, but baked and covered in buffalo sauce is my preference. A spicy bbq sauce is pretty good too.

If a tiger or a zombie was chasing me I’d probably be dead, wouldn’t feel very nice. but that may save the folks ahead of me.

More butter, More better!

Vegan buffalo wings! These things are awesome but high cal and fatty as. Besides pasta these are the only things I crave now. they have replaced French fries-what!?
-
Love pasta! The oddest way I make it simple and tasty: tiny bit of olive oil or butter (I know but I don’t don’t believe butter is horrible), bragged liquid aminos, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, spike or no salt herb seasoning A tiny bit of the liquid from cooking water. It’s like my cheesecake.

Yest: 20 stairs run/walk 30 min adv yoga (working on balance, hand stands etc) 40 min full body weight training (dumbbells) Today: walking stairs /hatha yoga -40 min ea

I found doing sun salutations (yoga) helps build well rounded strength and coordination in shoulder girdle, arms and back/core, which all seems to support the full body push-up. This has helped me anyhow, may not be for everyone.

Same boat here, my mid section is just hanging on for dear life and scale #’s are too. Did a bit of research : cortisol (stress) sucks, food weighing is essential (what seems like a tiny amount of granola is actually 300 cals !?), sugar and salt cause even more water weight, gotta keep upping the ante with activity so your…
