Is inconsistency "bad" for training
Did this for a week, really stocked about it. Could tell the difference. Got busy with work and now missed about a week.....is this a bad thing? Not so sure I can be super consistent because I have a rather physical workload sometimes.

How to get enough potassium
hi all. No matter what I eat, supposedly I am way under my potassium levels every day. Cant handle 9 bananas per day.... Really would rather get from food, but it seems like I'd have to eat constantly for that.
