Lifting and massaging: balance b/w them

hi all. As the title hints at, balancing massaging up to 7 hrs a day with weight training at least 3 times a week.... It's been a struggle to find a balance. Some weeks are good, others less good.

Lifting does improve my practice and my feel for others issues! It's a great combo to add richness to my work. Loving it. It's a learning experience in many ways.

Wondering how others who have same or similarly physical jobs have come to the balance?
