Hi. Id reccomend huel. The vanilla is really good and after the first few days I got to enjoy the texture.

Evening all Im back on MFP after a year out. Ive been trialling Huel for 2 meals a day since October so will be logging the impact it has when coupled with healthy(ish) eating and exercise when I can drag myself out onto the cold, wet streets of chesterfield! Ill be updating daily and my meal plans shared. Thanks

For me its to get back to a good level of fitness (and fit all my old clothes ) after an achilles issue put me out for 7 months Im going to try and do it through diet and exercise Currently running 6m 3 times a week so its all diet now
