I lose track if I don't count my calories so I like to count everything and eat within my range for the day. I feel less guilty/stresses and it works for me. But if you can lose weight without the extra work then go for it just keep in mind sometimes we think we're eating "less" because something may be healthy but itβ¦

Yesss to Mayo! π I use full fat mayo because to me it tastes the best. There's nothing wrong with using mayo if you just make sure you have enough calories to eat it that day. I have it maybe once a week. A tablespoon (100 calories) in a sandwich or small egg salad. Easily fits into my calories and tastes amazing π Enjoyβ¦

Some easy things for on the go would be apples, bananas, nuts, string cheese, popcorn, rice cakes, cottage cheese, yogurts, crackers, dry cereal, shakes, and they have so many choices of pre-packaged 100 calorie snacks at most grocery stores.

Okay but why did I think this was a joke at first until I read the post?! π But yea I count everything that has calories, doesn't matter good or bad.

For me personally working out motivates me to make better food choices. I'm more likely to eat healthier so my hard work doesn't go to waste. That's just what works for me but of course you can lose weight without exercise for sure!
