Recommitting Goal: 5.2lbs down by the June 30 Adding 30 day couch potato to 5k challenge to my 30 day plank challenge. The addition of cardio should give me the bump I need. Tuesday daily Track: yes Calories: over Exercise: yes Water: so so Tomorrow I’m off to the races. Mind over matter, I’m rising from the ashes.

You’ve been great and very successful. Perhaps you should increase your calories to a maintenance level for a bit. And when ready dive back in. I know I get mentally drained and take maintenance breaks every once in a while to regroup.
